US President Donald Trump had offered mediation on Wednesday on the border dispute between India and China. India has now reacted to the offer of the US President. The Foreign Ministry has said that no third party intervention is needed. We are in contact with China to resolve the issue peacefully.

Even then India had said that Kashmir is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan. There is no need to interfere with any third party.

On the LAC deadlock from China, he said that our soldiers have taken a very responsible attitude towards border management. Our troops have strictly followed the protocol established by both sides. Anurag Shrivastava said that our armed forces sincerely follow the guidance provided by our leadership. At the same time, we will protect our sovereignty and territorial integrity.

What is the dispute with Nepal
Actually, the new political map was released by the Government of Nepal, which also includes Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura of India. This revised map of Nepal was released by the Ministry of Land Resources at the meeting of Nepal Cabinet. India had strongly objected to this. To add the new map to the constitution of the country, a proposal for constitutional amendment was to be made in Parliament on Wednesday. But the Government of Nepal on one occasion removed the proceedings of the Constitution amendment from the agenda of the Parliament.
Dispute with China
China has built several roads near the Indian border near Galvan River for the transport and supply of its troops. In view of this, the Border Roads Organization had accelerated the work of constructing roads in its area. China is shocked by this move of India.
Chinese soldiers and Indian soldiers have been face to face in Ladakh since the beginning of this month. There have been reports of increasing the number of troops and building a base from China. On 6-7 May, there was a skirmish in Pengyong Lake area while monitoring the border between the troops of China and India. Since then, there has been constant tension on the eastern Ladakh border.
The news is even that the Chinese soldiers had entered 3 km inside from the side of Galvan Valley. Where the soldiers of the two countries also clashed. So far in the last 4 months, more than 170 times Chinese soldiers have tried to cross LAC.

भारत-चीन के बीच सीमा विवाद को लेकर अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने बुधवार को मध्यस्थता की पेशकश की थी. अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति की पेशकश पर अब भारत ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है. विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष के हस्तक्षेप की जरूरत नहीं है. शांति से मुद्दे को सुलझाने के लिए हम चीन के संपर्क में हैं.
डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने बुधवार को ट्वीट कर कहा कि अमेरिका भारत और चीन के बीच सीमा विवाद के मुद्दे पर मध्यस्थता करने के लिए तैयार है. डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा कि हमने भारत और चीन दोनों को सूचित किया है अगर वो चाहें तो सीमा विवाद में अमेरिका मध्यस्थता करने को तैयार है. बता दें कि अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने पिछले साल भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच जारी तनाव को कम करने के लिए भी मध्यस्थता की पेशकश की थी. तब भी भारत ने कहा था कि कश्मीर भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच द्विपक्षीय मुद्दा है. इसमें किसी तीसरे पक्ष के दखल की जरूरत नहीं है.

विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अनुराग श्रीवास्तव ने नेपाल और चीन के साथ मौजूदा रिश्तों को लेकर भी बात की. उन्होंने प्रेस कॉन्प्रेंस में कहा कि भारत और नेपाल के गहरे संबंध हैं. कोरोना महामारी के दौरान भी हमने बिना लाइसेंस के व्यापार सुनिश्चित किया है. हम सीमा मुद्दे पर नेपाल में जो स्थिति है उसकी निगरानी कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि आपसी समझ और संवेदनशीलता को ध्यान में रखते भारत सभी पड़ोसियों के लिए हमेशा से खुला रहा है.
LAC पर चीन से गतिरोध पर उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे सैनिकों ने सीमा प्रबंधन के प्रति बहुत जिम्मेदार रुख अपनाया है. हमारे सैनिकों ने दोनों पक्षों द्वारा स्थापित प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन किया है. अनुराग श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि हमारे सशस्त्र बल हमारे नेतृत्व द्वारा प्रदान किए गए मार्गदर्शन का ईमानदारी से पालन करते हैं. साथ ही हम अपनी संप्रभुता और क्षेत्रीय अखंडता की रक्षा करेंगे.

नेपाल के साथ क्या है विवाद
दरअसल, नेपाल सरकार ने नया राजनीतिक नक्शा जारी किया था, जिसमें भारत के कालापानी, लिपुलेख और लिम्पियाधुरा को भी शामिल किया गया है. नेपाल कैबिनेट की बैठक में भूमि संसाधन मंत्रालय ने नेपाल का यह संशोधित नक्शा जारी किया था. भारत ने इसपर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई थी. नए नक्शे को देश के संविधान में जोड़ने के लिए बुधवार को संसद में संविधान संशोधन का प्रस्ताव रखा जाना था. लेकिन नेपाल सरकार ने ऐन मौके पर संसद की कार्यसूची से संविधान संशोधन की कार्यवाही को हटा दिया.
चीन के साथ विवाद
चीन भारतीय सीमा के करीब गालवान नदी के पास अपने सैनिकों के लाने-ले जाने और सामानों की सप्लाई के लिए कई सड़क बना चुका है. इसी को देखते हुए सीमा सड़क संगठन ने अपने क्षेत्र में सड़क बनाने के काम में तेजी ला दी थी. चीन भारत के इस कदम से बौखलाया हुआ है.
इस महीने की शुरुआत से लद्दाख में चीनी सैनिक और भारतीय सैनिक आमने-सामने हैं. चीन की ओर से लगातार सैनिकों की संख्या बढ़ाने और बेस बनाने की खबरें आ रही हैं. 6-7 मई को चीन और भारत के सैनिकों की सीमा की निगरानी के दौरान पेंग्योंग लेक इलाके में झड़प भी हुई थी. इसके बाद से पूर्वी लद्दाख की सीमा पर लगातार तनाव बना हुआ है.
खबर तो यहां तक है कि चीनी सैनिक गालवान वैली की तरफ से 3 किमी अंदर तक घुस आए थे. जहां दोनों देशों के सैनिकों का टकराव भी हुआ. पिछले 4 महीने में अबतक 170 बार से ज़्यादा चीनी सैनिक एलएसी क्रास करने की कोशिश कर चुके हैं.
